Downloading Frostwire doesn't give you the right to practise copyright infringement.

Frostwire in itself is a legal peer-to-peer software, but downloading copyrighted material and sharing it is illegal.

Upon downloading and installing Frostwire you will be asked to 'state your intent', and you are expected to agree not to use it for copyright infringement. If you choose not to do this then the software will not work.
